Ideal for walkers. canoeists, mountain bikers and outdoor enthusiasts wishing to explore the Southern Cumbrian Fells or South Lakes.

Whatever the weather, our heated village hall provides warm basic overnight accommodation for groups of 6 to 16 people.
(There may be a supplemental charge for heating depending on time of year and size of group)

It is common for groups to arrange exclusive overnight use dependant upon other event bookings.

Sleeping: The sleeping provision is floorspace, bring camp beds or sleeping pads.

Cooking: There are basic cooking and washing up facilities including an electric cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge, a hot water urn, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Washing: There is a separate male and female toilet each with it's own wash basin and electric shower.

Clothing:The hall entrance area provides space where walking boots and other outdoor kit or cycles may be stored. There is a coat hanging area which can be heated for drying wet gear.

The hall heating is provided by an energy efficient 4kw
Air Source Heat Pump.

Amount of space: The dimensions of the main hall are 8m x 5.4m, the stage area is additional and measures 3.6m x 5.4m.

Parking:-There is parking space for 4-6 cars with additional parking nearby.
