High Wray is a quiet rural village between Ambleside and Hawkshead in the English Lake District close to the western shores of Windermere. The hall is primarily a focus where villagers can get together and share activities, the guiding principle for using the hall is that activities should have some educational or religious purpose. The hall is available to hire for meetings, social events, table tennis. The hall also doubles as a camping barn providing inexpensive overnight accommodation.
